Hey, I’m Tony Cornes — educator, operator, and business builder, with a real love for helping people turn bold ideas into thriving realities.

              My journey has taken me across three continents (and countless time zones), leading teams, scaling startups, and teaching students from Kindergarten to high school. Whether it’s coaching a sales team, launching an education company from scratch, or helping whiskey collectors around the world build their dream portfolios.

          Over the past 12 years, I’ve blended my backgrounds in science, education, operations, and entrepreneurship to support growing businesses. I’ve:

Co-founded and scaled an education business into one of Taiwan's most respected STEAM education providers, reaching over 5,000 students.

Designed systems, led operations, coached teams, solved messy customer problems, and even helped develop proprietary software platforms.

Helped build and operate premium spirits companies like Coachbuilt Whisky and Barrel Global, working alongside founders, investors, and international customers.

          I love creating environments where both businesses and individuals can thrive — whether that’s through better systems, sharper strategy, or simply offering a helping hand when it’s needed most.

At heart, I’m a problem solver and a people builder.

A Few Fun Facts About Me

Play tennis twice a week and still think every match could be “the one.”

Adventurer at heart: I’ve summited Huayna Potosí (6,088m) in Bolivia, hiked the Kalalau Trail on Kauai’s Nā Pali Coast, completed the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, and climbed Snow Mountain (Xueshan) in Taiwan. On my most recent trip, I spent seven days rafting the Zambezi River and abseiled down Victoria Falls, meeting some incredible people along the way.

Have worked and lived in the UK, Taiwan, and Mexico, and love building bridges across cultures.

Music has always been a big part of my life — I love listening to all kinds of music, going to festivals, and recently started learning to play the piano in my spare time.

Raised on a dairy farm in the north of England, I spent much of my early life around animals and horses — eventually competing in show jumping and dressage at a high level, and representing my university.
